  • 5 years of mortgage experience
  • Clean background checks of Principals and Company
  • Good credit references
  • Errors and Omissions and Fidelity Bond Coverage
  • Lines ranging from $5-$50 million

  • Residential 1 to 4 family loans
  • Conventional/Conforming loans
  • FHA and VA loans
  • Jumbo loans
